Oxititan, the Great Ox Pokemon

Heatot, Torzent, and Oxititan are the Fire-type starting Pokemon line of the Geosa Region. These fakemon are based off the Ox, referring to the debunked theory of Fire-type starter Pokemon being based off the Chinese Zodiac.

Heatot is a playful, energetic Pokemon. Heatot require a lot of food, requiring a large pasture to graze on. Heatot usually gather in herds of up to hundreds of individuals, usually overseen by Oxititan.

Heatot evolves into Torzent at level 16. Torzent's fiery bell has explosively grown, igniting Torzent's thick and abrasive fur coat. Embers can be found smoldering all across Torzent's body, to little reaction from the Ox Pokemon.

Lastly, Torzent evolves into Oxititan at level 36. The Great Ox Pokemon once dwelled in a region to the west of Geosa, but was hunted to near extinction - recent conservation efforts have brought the population back up to safe numbers. Oxititan's most distinctive feature is its long coat - Oxititan's fur contains abrasive materials that can ignite due to friction with the air. When Oxititan takes off running, it lights up like a fireball. It's thought that in the wild past, Oxititan helped maintain the ecosystem of its habitat by burning away dead trees and plants.
