Cloctowl, the Time Keeper Pokemon

Cloctowl is a fakemon evolution to Noctowl, the Owl Pokemon. Cloctowl gains a Psychic-typing, replacing Noctowl's Normal-typing. Cloctowl's sense of time is the sharpest in the world, on par with an atomic clock. Even if kept underground for a long period of time, Cloctowl will know exactly how much time has passed down to the second.
