Phantogh, the Painting Pokemon

Phantogh, the Painting Pokemon, is a Ghost- and Fairy-type fakemon designed by yours truly. Phantogh may appear to be a haunted painting, but its true form actually lies within its paintbrush! Phantogh fancies itself an artist, using its vessel to paint elaborate and strange patterns on anything it can find. Phantogh does not appear in the wild, only being found in urban metropolises and towns. In particular, Phantogh often flock towards art galleries and museums - during the day, Phantogh will hide and pretend to be normal paintings. At night, however, the fun begins. Any teenager trying to prove their courage by breaking into an art gallery at night may be surprised to find the paintings coming to life!
